Open Days

St. John's has actively participated in Heritage Open Weekends every September.

In 2014 St. John's joined the community in marking the Centenary of the start of World War I.

Through displays, music, art, poetry and discussion, we paid tribute to those who lost their lives in the First World War, including those whose names are inscribed on our own church memorial.  An evening service of reflection brought the weekend to a close.
