Many people approach St John's looking for a special service to celebrate the life of their child. The best service for doing this is a service of blessing called a "Thanksgiving for the Gift of a Child". This can take place in church, at home or a venue of your choosing. This is a way of saying thank you to God for your child and it also provides the opportunity for choosing friends or other family members who will pledge themselves to support both you and your child in the years to come.
